We have been here since 1946 servicing the local community and restaurants (yes, some of the best chefs and caterers in the NY Metro Area) with top quality “FRESH” birds for more than 60 years.

There are several  reasons why we stood the test of time:

1. We have a long-standing relationship with the farmers from Long Island and Upstate NY, CT and PA, therefore they supply us with the best quality products delivered to our Brooklyn location throughout the week.

2. This means only the freshest products are hand picked and prepared to your specifications. Are you making a soup or is it going to be the main course of a roasted bird for your special occasion? We take the time to understand what you want so that you are completely satisfied with your meal.

4. Additionally, what makes us really special are our employees. The majority of our employees live within blocks of the chicken market, and they constantly run into our customers and their families. Most of our employees have been working here for at least 8 or 9 years, and we have a few of our old-timers who have been here for over 15 years.
